Membership terms

Pre-launch terms summary. Paid sales remain closed until the business details and final terms are completed.

What membership includes

Access to the Root Phase web app: training programmes, workout logging, a planner, meal guides, shopping planning, supplement reminders and progress records. It is not an App Store download. Training records currently save on your device; export backups regularly.

Seven-day free trial

Eligible new members select a paid plan and provide a card at secure checkout. The trial starts after successful subscription setup and lasts seven days. Your selected plan is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before that time. Checkout shows the first charge date, amount and frequency. You can cancel through My account → Manage / cancel membership. Returning customers do not receive another introductory trial. Trial access does not include physical products or paid-member product discounts.

Prices and renewal

Monthly: £9.99 each month. Yearly: £89.99 each year. Longer plans are charged upfront. Plans automatically renew at their stated price until cancelled. The checkout will show your total before payment.

Cancellation

Cancel future renewals through My account → Manage / cancel membership. Your app access and eligible benefits continue for the paid period unless a refund or other adjustment ends access. Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected. The final launch terms must describe those rights and how to exercise them.

Product benefits

Active yearly members receive 10% off eligible Root Phase products when available. Exclusions: membership fees, supermarket purchases, shipping and combining with other promotions. No physical products are included or currently available to order, and no product launch date is promised.

Health and product guidance

The app provides general fitness and meal-planning information. It does not provide medical care or prescribe medicines, performance-enhancing drugs or personalised supplement treatment. Exercise within your ability and check food and product labels for allergies and suitability. Illustrations are examples.
