Sign-in and account information
Root Phase uses Supabase to manage email-and-password accounts and email confirmation. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth. The app uses your verified account identifier and email. When you start a purchase, we store your identifier, email address, account creation time and payment-provider customer identifier to connect your membership.
Training and meal records
Your profile, workout history, weight check-ins, meal notes and supplement diary currently save in browser storage on your device. Root Phase does not currently synchronise those records to its account database. Exported backups are files you control. The website cannot recover records after browser storage is cleared.
Payments
When enabled, Stripe processes payment information on its hosted checkout and billing portal. Root Phase does not receive your full card number. Your identity and customer reference connect billing to app access. Signed payment event identifiers and types are recorded to support reliable processing; workout and supplement records are not sent to Stripe.
Storage and service providers
The independent service is prepared for Vercel hosting and Supabase account storage. Browser storage supports the app, and session storage remembers whether you have dismissed the membership offer. There is no advertising analytics integration in this website. Google Fonts requests may send your IP address and browser information to Google. Supermarket links take you to third-party services with their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can export or clear your device-held records. Clearing storage removes those local records. Account access, deletion, billing-record retention, data-protection rights and relevant legal bases will be set out fully before paid launch. Contact: support@rootphase.co.uk.
